Job Description

• Plan & Optimize Production: Develop master production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery of goods

• Inventory Management: Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished product stock levels to balance supply and demand

• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Purchasing, SCM, Sales, and Logistics to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks

• Data Accuracy: Prepare daily performance reports, export schedules, and inventory updates using Axapta and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields .

• 2+ years in Production Planning (PPIC) or manufacturing roles (fresh graduates with strong competencies may apply).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta Dynamics, SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis).
• Understanding of production processes, inventory control, and quality management.

To perform on material orderings Non-Tobacco Material (NTMs) and prepare production schedule to meet customer requirements.

• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) file.
• Prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer requirements.
• Control purchase to avoid over purchase which is causing overstock.
• Monitor the Inventory and ensure no shortages.
• Perform MRP simulation to provide planning proposal to meet demands or minimize write off
• Submit Summary MRP PR to HQ for review and approval, and raise PR once approved by HQ.
• Follow up the incoming to purchasing team and supplier.
• Liaise with production planner, purchasing, logistic, and warehouse regarding the incoming.
• Involvement on PDI projects.
• Any other assignments if required

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in supply chain management or any related field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience/relevant industries
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
