About the Role

Citra Komunikasi Officer is seeking a reliable and responsible
Driver
to support our daily operational activities. This role ensures safe and timely transportation for both personnel and company needs, while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide transportation for employees, guests, and operational needs according to company schedule.
• Ensure the cleanliness, readiness, and routine maintenance of vehicles.
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times.
• Support administrative and logistical tasks related to vehicle operations (fuel usage, toll receipts, maintenance logs, etc.).
• Coordinate daily tasks and reporting to People Service & Operation Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
• Valid SIM A (SIM B1 is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience as a company/personal driver.
• Familiar with routes in Jabodetabek (atau bisa disesuaikan dengan area kerja).
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Able to work flexible hours if required.

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends.

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for executives, clients, and VIP guests.
• Operate a fleet of luxury vehicles, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition, both inside and out.
• Maintain a strict adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient travel, accounting for traffic and potential delays.
• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort and security during transit.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform routine checks on vehicle condition, fluid levels, and tire pressure.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a log of travel, mileage, and any incidents.

• Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A umum) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with luxury vehicles or executive transport.
• Demonstrated knowledge of defensive driving techniques and traffic laws.
• Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with GPS systems and navigation apps.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
• Patience, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by client schedules.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as loading/unloading luggage and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

• Provide excellent customer service during delivery and pickup interactions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and damage.
• Report any incidents or delays to dispatch immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Assist with warehouse duties when not actively engaged in driving, if required.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
