Kualifikasi
- Minimal S1 (Pendidikan, Sastra Jepang, Manajemen lebih diutamakan).

- Diutamakan yang ada pengalaman kerja di Jepang atau di Perusahaan Jepang.

The five-year ASEAN-U.S. Partnership Program supports ASEAN's goal to build a more inclusive and prosperous Southeast Asia. Through provision of technical expertise, ASEAN-U.S. Partnership Program provides institutional strengthening and support to increase ASEAN's capacity to better resolve regional and global challenges and advance an effective, rules-based architecture for cooperation among governments in the region to uphold human dignity and the rule of law.
PURPOSE
The Program Manager will work closely with and support the COP and other Program Manager to design and implement initiatives across all project work streams. S/he will also provide program management support for work planning, outreach with partners, and development of high-quality project deliverables.
OBJECTIVES AND DUTIES
- Work closely with the COP to scope and identify potential project activities that will contribute to the attainment of the program objectives;
- Provide programmatic, administrative, and financial oversight for activities under his/her purview, including developing and managing budgets and program activities;
- Supervise the work of Activity Coordinators under assigned work streams, providing mentorship, guidance, oversight, and ensuring all administrative and logistical arrangements are well managed;
- Develop and draft project concept notes and proposals as required;

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience providing management and support for programs focused on good governance, rule of law, human rights, and political-security and/or human development cooperation
- Knowledge of and/or experience working with ASEAN
- Experience with U.S. and/or other donor-funded projects is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a dynamic team setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse array of tasks and professional relationships
- Fluent in written and spoken English

About the Role
Reports to Regional General Manager. Program Managers successfully manage programs from start to completion; is responsible for partnering with the internal team (sales, engineering, operations, new business and finance) to ensure that work is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget. Jointly responsible for the P&L for the programme with the Account Manager with primary responsibility for development costs. Responsibilities
- The Program Manager is the main point of contact to the delivery team and a key client contact during the life of a project; the sales lead and leads the internal team to scope and set up the engagement correctly, to deliver multiple projects on time, on margin and to the appropriate quality and is responsible for the tactical deliverables of each work stream in the implementation phase, including:
- Develop and manage of scope of work and program timelines with GM.
- Work closely with the GM to ensure that all the appropriate resources and plans are in place to deliver all projects.
- Conduct kick-off meeting and regular review meetings to ensure programs are on track and meeting CRD or VCD.
- Propose projects based on feasibility study and justification.

- Develop & implement project governance including key project performance metrics and may work outside normal office hour and indicators to ensure project management improvements are highly visible via weekly and monthly reports.

- Support GM in achieving revenue goals by reducing conversion time from project won to purchase order (PO).
- Participate in new business calls as appropriate to help develop the value proposition.
Qualifications
