Pekerjaan Anda akan membangun peta jalan proyek, termasuk rencana proyek, cakupan proyek, jadwal proyek, kendala proyek, struktur pemecahan kerja, dan analisis risiko.

Tanggung Jawab

Apa yang akan Anda lakukan:

• Anda akan memberikan arah keseluruhan untuk proyek. Bersama dengan tim konstruksi, Anda akan membuat perencanaan proyek dan daftar tugas. Komponen rencana mencakup "apa" dan "bagaimana" suatu proyek.
• Anda akan berkomunikasi mengenai pengiriman, waktu, dan jadwal, bersama dengan peran dan tanggung jawab tim.
• Anda akan membuat jadwal proyek yang mencakup tanggal mulai dan selesai yang spesifik, bersama dengan catatan yang menjelaskan tugas-tugas.
• Anda akan memecah sumber daya yang akan diperlukan untuk menjalankan proyek Anda, seperti orang-orang, alat manajemen proyek, peralatan, bahan, biaya, dan lisensi.

Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi:

• Minimal Sarjana Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai estimator, koordinator proyek, dan bidang terkait Anda memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang bahan bangunan dan memahami gambar teknis dan proyeksi 3D
• Pribadi yang berpikiran positif, analitis, berorientasi pada hasil, dan menyukai menyelesaikan masalah

Job Highlights

• Lead end-to-end construction and renovation project

• Coordinate architects/contractors; on-site across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define scope, budget, and schedule; control cost/time variance.

• Manage procurement & contracts: vendor selection, progress claims, change orders.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Menyusun rencana proyek secara menyeluruh, termasuk ruang lingkup, timeline, anggaran, dan resource
• Melakukan monitoring progres proyek secara rutin dan menyusun laporan status proyek kepada klien dan manajemen
• Menyusun dokumentasi proyek yang lengkap dan terstruktur
• Mengelola perubahan kebutuhan dan menyelesaikan kendala teknis maupun administratif dalam proyek
• Mendukung implementasi teknologi baru

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang IT, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Project Management dengan latar belakang proyek di sektor perbankan diutamakan
• Memahami proses SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle ) dan implementasi proyek TI
• Memiliki sertifikasi manajemen proyek seperti PMP, PRINCE2, atau Scrum Master (menjadi nilai tambah)
• Kemampuan untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim developer

• Mahir menggunakan SQL, analisis data & visualisasi

Job Summary:

Through communication and coordination with project team members, planning the project schedules and tracking action owners to finish tasks on time and with quality, thus pushing and making sure to complete the whole project(close NPI and move to MP).

• Host regular meetings with the project team, assign tasks and review the progress.
• The project schedule planning (using scheduling tools or Excel).
• Sample build planning and allocating.
• Report the project progress.

Job Description

• Assist in planning, implementing, and supervising construction work in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, foremen, suppliers, and related parties to ensure smooth work progress.
