Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman
- Minimal gelar sarjana di bidang Manajemen Proyek, Teknik, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam peran manajemen proyek di industri manufaktur atau konstruksi.
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan.

Summary of the Role:
The Project Development Manager will handle project development activities for PV and/or BESS projects awarded and/or under development in Indonesia. The Project Development Manager will be responsible for all related works, including but not limited to, day-to-day project management, contract negotiation, permitting, as well as external stakeholders management
Responsibilities:
- Manage project development activities from post-origination / tender award to start-of-construction according to high, international standard, in collaboration with the Indonesian Business Development team and supporting units in APAC region;
- Manage budgets, milestones, schedules, and deliverables for assigned development projects to ensure timely progress.
- Contribute to the review and negotiation of project agreements: PPA, lease agreement, JV agreements, EPC and O&M contract;
- Managing and tracking existing development contracts;
- Secure permits and ensure social and environmental compliance throughout the development, construction, and operation of projects;
- Engage local community for project support;
- Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project timeline, value optimization, and budget;
