Bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan pekerjaan instalasi, modifikasi, serta perawatan sistem kelistrikan pada proyek konstruksi maupun pengembangan fasilitas di pabrik. Project Foreman Elektrikal memastikan seluruh pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai spesifikasi teknis, standar keselamatan, dan jadwal proyek yang telah ditetapkan.

Responsibilities

  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan proyek kelistrikan industri agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis, standar mutu, dan jadwal kerja.
  • Membaca, memahami, dan menginterpretasikan dokumen teknis (P&ID, SLD, wiring diagram) untuk kebutuhan instalasi.
  • Mengatur manajemen waktu dan pekerjaan tim agar progres sesuai target.
  • Mengawasi pemasangan instalasi listrik (LV, MV), panel listrik, dan sistem kontrol.
  • Mengatur manajemen waktu pekerjaan tim agar target proyek tercapai tepat waktu.
  • Menjaga penerapan standar keselamatan kerja proyek serta memastikan seluruh tim mematuhinya.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro/Fisika/Mesin atau setara.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang proyek kelistrikan industri, dengan minimal 1 tahun di posisi pengawasan/foreman proyek.
  • Memiliki kepemimpinan dan kemampuan mengarahkan tim di lapangan.
  • Komunikatif dan mampu menjalin koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak.
  • Mampu melakukan problem solving cepat dan efektif.
  • Teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

  • Coordinate the construction of basecamp, temporary office, warehouse, public kitchen, and utilities (electricity, water, communication).
  • Supervise the implementation of tasks and job targets in the development of General Affairs (GA) facilities.
  • Manage employee transportation, equipment, and materials, including vehicle mobilization (by sea and land).
  • Ensure the availability of basic necessities (food, clean water, electricity, sanitation).
