Job Desc :

· Membuat schedule proyek

Responsibilities :

·    Complete bidding submission including technical and commercial submissions, in compliance with tender

requirement.

·    Create project cost and project budget.

·    Handle project commercial issues including but not limited to: payment submission and collection, variation

order, final account, purchase approval, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) from reputable University
• At least 3 years experienced as Project Control position in the construction sector
• Able to plan, control the company, execute / perform and report project work according to the time line and quality of the results set
• Have knowledge of budget control and schedule control
• Understand project management techniques, risks, and planning strategies
• Understand the stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control and closing (Plan, Do, Check & Action)
• Develop and update S-curve
• Good in English (both spoken and written) is a must

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree : Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Experience in Construction Projects : At least 3-7 years of experience in construction project control, including managing costs, schedules, and resources.
3. Project Control Experience : Specific experience in handling project management, scheduling, and project performance control.
4. Technical Skills: Cost Management and Estimation, Schedule Management (Using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software), Project Performance Analysis (Using methods such as Earned Value Management (EVM)), Software Proficiency (Primavera, SAP, or Oracle)

Project Control – Construction Sector – Candidate Qualifications

1. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCP, or Primavera P6 certification) are an advantage.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project control or project scheduling within the construction industry.

3. Technical Skills:
