A. Perencanaan & Koordinasi Implementasi Proyek Keamanan IT

• Merancang dan mengelola rencana implementasi proyek keamanan IT sesuai dengan strategi perusahaan.
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim internal (infrastruktur, aplikasi, jaringan) dan vendor terkait.
• Menyusun dokumentasi proyek, termasuk timeline, scope of work (SOW), dan deliverables.

B. Implementasi dan Konfigurasi Teknologi Keamanan

• Mengimplementasikan solusi keamanan IT seperti firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM, WAF, DLP, endpoint security, dan IAM.
• Melakukan konfigurasi, tuning, dan hardening pada perangkat keamanan dan sistem IT.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim jaringan dan sistem untuk memastikan integrasi solusi keamanan berjalan optimal.
• Melakukan uji coba dan validasi terhadap sistem keamanan sebelum go-live.

C. Monitoring dan Troubleshooting

• Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah selama fase implementasi.
• Melakukan pengujian keamanan dan troubleshooting untuk memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik.
• Menyediakan dokumentasi teknis dan user guide setelah implementasi selesai.

D. Compliance, Audit, dan Training

• Memastikan bahwa proyek sesuai dengan standar keamanan dan regulasi seperti ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, atau regulasi OJK.
• Berpartisipasi dalam proses audit keamanan IT untuk memastikan sistem yang diterapkan memenuhi persyaratan compliance.
• Memberikan pelatihan teknis kepada tim operasional terkait penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sistem keamanan yang telah diimplementasikan.

A. Pengalaman Kerja

• Minimal 3-5 tahun pengalaman dalam implementasi proyek keamanan IT.
• Pengalaman dalam deployment dan konfigurasi solusi keamanan IT, termasuk firewall, SIEM, endpoint security, dan IAM.
• Pernah terlibat dalam implementasi keamanan cloud (AWS, Azure, atau GCP).
• Pengalaman dalam melakukan risk assessment dan vulnerability management.
• Pernah bekerja dalam tim proyek skala enterprise yang melibatkan berbagai stakeholder.

B. Pengalaman Proyek (Diutamakan Jika Ada)

• Implementasi Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Deployment SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) seperti Splunk, IBM QRadar, atau Microsoft Sentinel.
• Implementasi Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) atau Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
• Konfigurasi privileged access management (PAM) seperti CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Penerapan Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) untuk manajemen insiden.

C. Sertifikasi Minimum yang Harus Dipenuhi

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Implementation Project Manager (Indonesia-based)

Reports to: Head of Implementation / COO

Role Objective

Lead end-to-end implementation of Smart Salary HRIS & Payroll projects — ensuring on-time, on-scope, and high-quality delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) and client stakeholders (HR / Finance) to guarantee successful go-live and consistent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full implementation lifecycle — from kick-off, requirement gathering, configuration, UAT to go-live.

2. Create and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones, track progress and risks.

3. Coordinate internal resources to resolve delivery issues efficiently.

4. Control project scope, manage change requests, and protect delivery timelines.

5. Organize client training, UAT sessions, and hand-over documentation.

6. Provide weekly project reports and conduct post-implementation reviews.

7. Optimize delivery processes, templates, and build a standardized PM framework (mini-PMO).

8. Collaborate closely with Pre-sales and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvement in client experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of HRIS / ERP / SaaS implementation or delivery experience.

• Proven record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes (BPJS, PPh 21, Attendance, Overtime) is a plus.

• Familiar with project tools (Excel Gantt / Asana / Monday / Jira / ClickUp).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia (native). Mandarin is an advantage.

• Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
