Kualifikasi

• Minimal S1 di bidang Ilmu Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman 1+ tahun dalam manajemen proyek, lebih diutamakan di bidang pengembangan perangkat lunak.
• Pemahaman yang kuat tentang metodologi Agile, SDLC, dan penggunaan project management tools.

• Melakukan pengawasan dan pekerjaan project sandblasting painting & floor coating dan memimpin manpower

• Membuat pengajuan dana gaji dan operasional di lapangan

• Membuat laporan progres pekerjaan (progress report) dan BAP

• Membuat laporan equipment dan material (stock) yang digunakan dalamproyek

• Membuat laporan evaluasi tenaga kerja proyek

• Membuat laporan anggaran proyek

Kualifikasi

• Minimal sarjana Teknik (Mesin, Industri, Sipil)

• Paham project management dan familiar dengan pekerjaan painting, epoxy, sandblasting

• Menguasai Ms Excel dan Word

• Pengalaman di project lapangan min. 1 tahun

• Bisa mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A & C

• Bisa menghandle multiple project dalam satu waktu

JOB DESCRIPTION : PROJECT LEADER

• Communicating with domestic and international clients regarding furniture orders for resort projects (wooden, woven, upholstered, etc furniture) from the process of bidding/award of contract through production of actual furniture and on to delivery and after service care.
• Project Management includes:
• Overseeing the costing and drawing process with a team of draftsmen, using microsoft excel to make quotes and eventual PI's as well as orders to production
• Overseeing drawing approvals process with client
• Tracking production to meet deadlines
• Making sure quality control SOP is being followed in factory, digitally and by way of factory visits
• Logistics and administration around the purchase and transport of non-wooden aspects of the process (including fabrics, weaves, stone, etc)
• At times, sourcing aspects of a piece or an entire piece from other sources, overseeing this process including visiting the source to assure quality
• Liaising with logistics team to coordinate shipping
• Liaising with the accounts and admin team to coordinate invoicing/billing

Skills required for the job:

• Proficient in English
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy (all Microsoft Office software, especially EXCEL - Editing and Drawing software familiarity is a bonus)
• Able to work with others in a high paced environment with willingness to embrace daily challenges
