Responsibilities:
- Product type handled are Skincare, Makeup and/or Fragrance.
- Researches, validates, and coordinates the development of new products, from conception to launch.
- Ensure the products meet cosmetic regulations.
- Monitor and maintain on-time project milestones, managing risks and understanding trade-offs along the development process while delivering products with the highest standards for quality and performance.
- Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy & claim, artwork, and regulatory deliverables.
- Analyse competitive launches, understand consumer feedback and concerns, source unmet needs.
- Oversee quality and safety testing and ensure the formulas are ready for mass production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree in pharmacy / chemistry / cosmetic science.
- Min 3 years of experience in Product Development.
- Strong interest in beauty products.
- Stays current with the latest trends in beauty.
- Have knowledge or familiarity with BPOM regulation.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Fast learner, proactive, and superb verbal and written communication skill.
- Strong in business etiquette and able to maintain network with external party.

The Boeing Company's **Global Support Center (GSC)** is looking for a **Project Manager** to be based in **Jakarta, Indonesia** or **Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia** . This position will be responsible for planning and executing actions required to successfully implement the activities of GSC in Southeast Asia.
Please note it's a **non-management** role, it will be an individual contributor without any direct report to the role.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for developing project plans, directs all project phases and acts as primary customer contact for project activities conducted by the GSC team.
+ Uses Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) to develop robust operating and reporting rhythm for programs to ensure a successful outcome.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):**
+ Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Experience of managing complex projects/program in engineering support sector is highly desirable.
+ Highly competent in using MS Project & the MS Office products in general.
+ The individual must be enthusiastic and hands on in their approach and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ They must be comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels within the organization including executives and be confident representing GSC to external customers and partners.
+ Able to adapt approach to meet needs of different groups in different cultures
+ A collaborative team player with (strong) leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Currently possess or pursuing a Program Management related certification - such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Program Management Institute (PMI) certification etc.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):**
+ Extensive Project Management experience.
+ Experience using a RIO tracking and reporting tool.
+ Customer Focus: Develop and maintain customer relations both inside and outside of the organization. Actively seeks information to understand customer's circumstances, problems, expectations and needs.
+ Builds Positive Relationships: Builds effective working with relationships with team and cross functional groups that are required to contribute to the success of the program.
+ Business Acumen: Manages complex customer and stakeholder relationships. Deals effectively across all levels.
+ Having a basic understanding of Front End Coding, such as HTML5 and CSS is a good plus.

The Senior Project Fabrication Manager is responsible for the management of all Fabrication Yard (BFY) related activities required to fabricate and load out the NFXP Topsides fabricated in BFY. The Senior Project Fabrication Manager dually reports to the Project Director and BFY Fabrication Yard Management. The Senior Project Fabrication Manager ensures continuous alignment between the Project and BFY and warrants the reliability of schedule, efficiency, and budget targets.
The Senior Project Fabrication Manager is accountable for delivering the BFY Fabrication Works within the allocated budget.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ **Preparation phase:**
+ Evaluate any Fabrication related tasks not performed by the Fabrication Yard and develop strategies to ensure that these tasks are covered by the Project
+ Ensure timely delivery by Chennai Engineering Centre of Fabrication Engineering deliverables
+ Ensure timely delivery by CSE of Fabrication Engineering deliverables
+ Develop and maintain in close collaboration with the Project Fabrication Manager the readiness matrix
+ Ensure that the Project timely contributes to the Fabrication readiness by producing Project assigned deliverables and associated tasks
+ Collect Lessons Learned from Batam Fabrication Yard and determine required actions to account for these in BFY
+ Ensures that Welding PQR developed at Batam are properly cascaded to BFY
+ Prepare Yard indirect Subcontractors Scope of Work and BOQ
+ Assist SCM in the tendering process of these subcontractors
+ Ensure that subcontractors are qualified and audited as required
+ Kick off the subcontractors works, readiness and mobilization to Fabrication Yard
+ Develop strategies for valves testing
+ Develop strategies for procurement of missing permanent materials (top-Up)
+ Lead with the support of the Fabrication Support Manager the readiness process for the timely start of the NFXP Topsides Fabrication at BFY Fabrication Yard
+ Mobilize the Project Fabrication Team and set up the Production Engineering Team
+ Staff the supervision teams to ensure a proper follow-up of the Fabrication Yard
+ Implement all Project HSE requirements at the BFY Fabrication Yard
+ Implement all Project Quality requirements at the BFY Fabrication Yard
+ Establish and maintain in close coordination with BFY Fabrication Yard Management, the NFXP Topside Fabrication Sequence and associated yard layouts plus manpower requirements
+ Develop Level 4 schedule based on Project L3 schedule and agreed Fabrication Sequence
+ Develop craneage plan based on Level 4 schedule
+ Ensure in close coordination with BFY Fabrication Yard Management, the mobilization plan of the resources required to fulfill the Project schedule requirements in line with agreed Fabrication Sequence
+ Supervise and review all Fabrication Procedures and issue them to COMPANY
+ Prepare for receipt, storage, and preservation of Project Materials
+ Evaluate, fabricate, and test all Fabrication Aids
+ Bridge BFY Processes with NFXP Requirements and develop ad hoc Project specific processes to cover any identify gap
+ Develop basis of reporting
+ Prepare Yard direct Subcontractor Scope of Work (NKOM) and BOQ
+ Supervise the qualification of any welding procedure required to perform the Project Fabrication Scope
+ Initiate the process of quantities remeasurement at receipt of AFC deliverables from Engineering
+ Coordinate all support required by BFY from Fabrication Function
+ Establish Fabrication Yard Procurement Plan for consumables
+ **Fabrication phase:**
+ Lead HSE efforts on the Fabrication Yard
+ Supervise the Project Fabrication Team and the Production Engineering Team
+ Supervise receipt, storage, and preservation of Project Materials
+ Supervise allocation of materials based on Level 4 schedule
+ Supervise NKOM Fabrication works
+ Supervise Fabrication works reporting
+ Monitor Yard progress
+ Ensure that materials are delivered with appropriate certificates and installation manuals
+ Supervise Valves Testing in line with Fabrication Requirements
+ Controlling all engineering queries raised by the yard and provide timely answe
+ Mobilize indirect subcontractors

+ Establish recovery plans as required when Yard progress falls under late trend
+ Provide Look ahead plans and update resources requirements based on these
+ Plan, arrange and supervise the transportation of fabricated components within the Fabrication Yard
+ Supporting and Monitoring Subcontractor activities during the Fabrication at Fabrication Yard
+ Supervise timely delivery of Fabrication Yard Consumables
+ Prepare for load out and sea-fastening
+ Coordinate Project QC activities by Fabrication Yard QC Department
+ Manage MOC process
+ Report the works on daily, weekly and monthly basis
+ Supervise any corrective works required by Quality
+ Provide resources to Commissioning Team
+ **Post Fabrication phase:**
+ Defining and following-up interfaces concerning post fabrication phases (transportation, installation).
+ Collecting and transferring Red Mark-up drawings to the Engineering
+ Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures
+ Ensure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures
+ Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Bachelor of Sciences, Bachelor of Engineering
+ Fluent in English
+ 20 years of Experience in Projects in Oil and Gas Contracting business
+ 15 years of Experience in Hook-Up and Commissioning Business
