Job Description

• Responsible for the whole Project Planning and Inventory Control activities to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum delay (Interior Residential Project)
• Project Acquisition Review
• Aggregate output planning & aggregate capacity planning
• Master project schedule & rough-cut capacity planning
• Material requirements planning & detailed capacity plan
• Work cross-functionally with other divisions both internally and externally
• Supervise, guide and develop the team
• Identify problems, analyze and come up with solutions to maintain smooth work-flows

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
• 6+ years of professional working experiences in project planning interior & inventory control preferably comes from Furniture background.

Skills :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and timely progress.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential delays or issues.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure timely completion.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project execution.
• Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, budget status, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, both virtual and, where necessary, in-person, to discuss progress and address challenges.
• Document project activities, changes, and key decisions.

Job Description

1. Analyze project needs, conduct surveys, develop and implement operational plans & lifting plans.
2. Capability to develop operational delivery plans from origin to destination, including transport mode selection, lifting equipment planning, and a strong understanding of vessel berthing processes, port agency services, and cargo handling operations.
3. Able to manage the shipment of heavy equipment and special cargo from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of the shipping process.
4. Proficiency in technical calculations and coordination with engineering teams regarding delivery operations, such as towing calculation, lashing calculation, load distribution, stability calculation, bridge analysis, and penetration test calculation.
5. Ability to project and mitigate risks associated with delivery operations by preparing JSA, HIRADC, or HAZOP, and coordinating with both internal and client HSE teams.
6. Capability to provide freight cost indications, coordinate with procurement and vessel chartering teams, understand market costs, negotiate with vendors, and prepare Cost Build-Up (budget planning for delivery)
7. Ability to prepare and deliver presentations on operational delivery plans, survey results, technical calculations, scheduling, and risk mitigation to both internal stakeholders and external customers
8. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams (Commercial/Marketing, Finance, Project Field & Support) and external stakeholders (Customers, government authorities including police, military, local government, etc.).
9. Identify and analyze deviations from daily targets; take corrective actions or escalate to the Project Manager as needed to maintain progress and meet SLA commitments.
10. Prepare Trip Plans, Work Orders / Job Orders / Purchase Orders for vendors, request Travel Advances and Petty Cash for execution, followed by settlement, cost actual reporting, and timely collection of supporting handover documents in line with company KPIs.

Qualification

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Maritime Studies
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, specifically related to Cargo Stowage Planning, Deck Strength, Heavy Lifting, and Heavy Equipment Mobilization
3. Knowledge of the functions, configurations, and capacities of land transport fleets, ranging from Pick-up, Colt Diesel, Towing, Self-loader, Trailer, Lowbed, to Multi-axle and their variants.
4. Understanding of lifting equipment, including Forklifts, Cranes, Jacking systems, and their types.
5. Experience in logistics for Oil & Gas Equipment (Onshore/Offshore) is a plus
6. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
7. Proficient in operating AutoCAD 2D
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
9. Strong analytical thinking and public speaking skills
10. Able to work under pressure
11. Willing to be assigned to project sites

Role Synopsis

Our client is a well-known, worldwide major oil and gas company, currently undertaking a multi-billion-dollar project in Eastern Indonesia. This project will deliver new production platforms to enhance gas supply to LNG facilities, perform gas compression to boost gas pressure for sustain delivery to the plant, and introduce the first carbon capture facilities in Indonesia. The carbon capture system will store CO₂ in the reservoir to both reduce emissions to the atmosphere and support enhanced oil recovery. This groundbreaking development represents one of Indonesia's most significant projects in sustainable energy, while also providing substantial economic benefits to the nation's growth.

The project is seeking a Project Maintenance Planner, to work on a minimum 4-year contract. The role will be central to delivering the maintenance and integrity build program to support startup and ensure long-term sustainable operations. This is a high-profile position, encompassing challenging end-to-end responsibilities for preparing project readiness for operations.

The position offers competitive remuneration and hybrid working arrangements (office-based, home-based, or site-based). Candidates must have proven experience in delivering maintenance and inspection plan programs, preferably within large-scale projects in the energy sector.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Planner in the Oil & Gas industry, or Diploma degree with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.
• Must be a graduate from a reputable university.

Professional Experience

• Strong background in site-based maintenance planning and execution within operations
• Project planning experience is preferred, particularly in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power industries.
• Proven track record in executing maintenance for large-scale facilities.
• Experience in TAR (Turnaround) planning, control of work, and detailed knowledge of site safety processes.
• Familiarity with maintenance & inspection build development and maintenance build tools is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in using CMMS (preferably SAP PM) and Materials Management.
• Extensive experience with Maintenance Management Systems.

Work Arrangement
Based in Jakarta with flexibility for hybrid working (office/site/home-based) and ability to travel to site as required.

• Support identification of maintainable equipment and creation of the Functional Location Hierarchy.
• Support creation of proformas and the Maintenance & Inspection build Execution Plan to ensure project intent and long-term value delivery.
