- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Track and analyse project progress and performance against established KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project processes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedule development plans, basis of schedule, and reports.
- Be an effective member of the project team, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver milestones and outcomes.

- Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
- Proven track record as an experienced planner for small to large projects.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Planner (P6).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Knowledge of the functions, configurations, and capacities of land transport fleets, ranging from Pick-up, Colt Diesel, Towing, Self-loader, Trailer, Lowbed, to Multi-axle and their variants.

The project is seeking a Project Maintenance Planner, to work on a minimum 4-year contract. The role will be central to delivering the maintenance and integrity build program to support startup and ensure long-term sustainable operations. This is a high-profile position, encompassing challenging end-to-end responsibilities for preparing project readiness for operations.
The position offers competitive remuneration and hybrid working arrangements (office-based, home-based, or site-based). Candidates must have proven experience in delivering maintenance and inspection plan programs, preferably within large-scale projects in the energy sector.
Education & Experience
