Job Description :

1. Melakukan perawatan & perbaikan mesin, instalasi listrik, serta peralatan fasilitas pabrik.
2. Melaksanakan pekerjaan painting & coating (pengecatan, surface preparation, perbaikan lapisan cat).
3. Melakukan preventive & corrective maintenance untuk sistem mekanikal & elektrikal.
4. Troubleshooting kerusakan peralatan mekanik maupun elektrik.
5. Memastikan pekerjaan painting sesuai standar kualitas & keamanan.
6. Membuat laporan kerja harian, kebutuhan material, dan penggunaan sparepart.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin / Elektro / Listrik / Otomotif.
2. Memiliki pemahaman dasar mekanik, elektrikal, teknik pengecatan dan teknik pengelasan.
3. Memahami system listrik 3 phasa, Memahami system kerja peralatan Painting, Memahami / Melaksanakan perbaikan Equipment painting, Memahami / Melaksanakan perawatan Equipment painting, Memahami standarisasi Equipment painting.
4. Mampu mengoperasikan mesin Welding Stik, Cutting weld, Alat ukur listrik, alat kerja, Kunci pas, sock dll.
5. Pengalaman di bidang maintenance / facility lebih diutamakan.
6. Memahami standar K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memberikan kepemimpinan dan bimbingan dalam mengarahkan dan mengembangkan tim teknisi dan staf GA untuk memastikan operasi dan inisiatif FM dan GA Rumah Sakit ditetapkan dan diimplementasikan secara efektif sesuai dengan anggaran yang disetujui, target kinerja yang disepakati serta persyaratan peraturan, perizinan, dan akreditasi yang berlaku.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

• Memiliki pendidikan min. S1 Sanitarian, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, Teknik Sipil/Elektro
• Minimal memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang yang sama.
• Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik
• Diutamakan berdomisili area Jabodetabek
• Bersedia ditempatkan di area Jakarta

Requirements:

• Maximum 30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architexture or Civil Engineering.
• Has a minimum 3 years of working experience in Project Management Infrastructure, Construction & Enterprise area.
• Logical, analytical and have problem solving abilities.
• Good at making & reviewing technical reporting & problem solver.
• Good communication skill and team player.
• Able to speak in English.
• Willing to travel to project site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in facility and machinery maintenance coordination

Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including production equipment

Ability to plan maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability

Familiar with utilities maintenance (e.g., compressor, genset, HVAC) is a plus

Skilled in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of CMMS or other maintenance tracking systems is an advantage

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to communicate effectively in English will be additional advantage

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Knowledge of safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
