The Property Marketing Specialist will lead the property marketing efforts and provide supports to promote in-house property listings for the Industrial Division as part of the General Agency Department.
The specialist will be responsible to provide administrative and marketing support to help meet the daily operational needs of the Division. This person will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation, marketing process and promotion of in-house property listings, including to enhance the visibility of property listings, attract potential buyers and boost sales utilizing online and off-line marketing tools and campaigns.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote company's property listings/project marketing/inquiries and pursuing new buyer/tenant prospects via online and off-line marketing tools and campaigns.
- Assist to perform follow-ups and coordination with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.
- Actively engaging in meetings and communicating with Industrial developers and business owners/manufacturers to update the stock database of new property listings and inquiry opportunities in regular basis.
- Conduct a desktop market research to prepare for Broker's Opinion of Values (BOVs).
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Complete other necessary tasks and supports as assigned by team leader or supervisor, including site inspections, prepare presentations/agency proposals and reports for new business pitches and existing project appointments.
- Provide bi-weekly updated reports and market feedback to Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of the property market, specifically Industrial sector.
- Good in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Have a driving license and able to drive is a plus.
