Main Responsibility:

Experience

JOB OVERVIEW

Under direct supervision, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and production processes meet established quality standards and brand specifications. Incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect, report, and correct defects or inconsistencies, helping to maintain and enhance the reputation of our brand. Roles & Responsibilities

Product

  • Permanent on-site control quality output throughout product review meeting, inline inspection and final inspection for sample and bulk orders based on given quality requirements.

  • Identifying, organizing, and summarizing evidence to support conclusions about compliance with standards (such as PCPs) to QA Head and Supervisor.

  • Participate in development stages (Proto, SMS,PPM.) to support in product risk mitigation.

  • Assist with customer complaint investigations and provide feedback to relevant departments.
