About the Role:
The Quality Manager supports the strategic vision and tactical planning of a global and regional Quality Management System (QMS). This includes the oversight of implementing and maintaining quality systems, policies, procedures, processes and standards compliant with Nu Skin desired product and customer experience. The Quality Manager will support local manufacturing and compliance with GMP and local regulations.
What you'll do:
- Support the strategic vision for a Global QMS.
- Promote, support and implement QMS policies, systems, procedures, processes and standards that align globally and promote Quality By Design.
- Support Indonesia and other SEA local manufacturing, ensuring compliance with global quality standards, GMP, GDP, HALAL etc.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to ensure quality in product development, manufacturing, and assembly.
- Evaluate and approve specifications, ensuring alignment with Nu Skin and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in local and international supplier audits and production startups.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data to address trends, identify potential problems, and determine the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
What you'll need:
- Minimum six years of involvement in manufacturing and quality assurance.
- Four-year college degree.
- Minimum 4 years supervisory/manager experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (oral and written) and influence at all levels of leadership, within international and cross-functional organizations, and our internal and external partners
- Must have diverse quality, manufacturing and auditing experience within the NuSkin product offering.
- Must have process engineering experience
- Ability to develop, audit, revise, and align Standard Operating Procedures and related documentation.
- Ability to understand and apply correct quality principles, such as root-cause analysis, CAPA, non-conformance, etc.
Bonus points for:
- Certification as a Quality Manager, Engineer, Auditor, Technician highly preferred.

Education:

Knowledge:
