- Melakukan end to end recruitment dari job posting hingga proses finalisasi
- Memberikan briefing psikotes pada kandidat yang mengikuti proses recruitment
- Melakukan shortlist CV pada posisi yang sedang vacant
Kualifikasi
- Merupakan lulusan Magister Profesi Psikologi
- Memiliki SIPP aktif
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Recruitment Specialist
- Memiliki pengalaman menyusun laporan psikologi dan melakukan asesmen psikologi minimal 6 bulan
- Terbiasa membaca tes psikologi dari PAPI Kostick, MSDT, Kraepelin dan PAULI
