This is a full-time role for a Community Relations Superintendent, located on-site in Sidikalang, Dairi District, North Sumatera. The Community Relations Superintendent will be responsible for :
- Conduct and manage stakeholder mapping data.
- Build communication and maintain harmonious relations with communities, traditional leaders, local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and proactively resolve issues or potential social conflicts related to mining activities.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
