REQUIREMENTS:
RETAIL OPERATION SUPPORT
- Visit point of sales on a weekly basis to ensure tester display standard are met
- Create non-sellable order to support daily operations
- Review monthly roster and ensure the attendance including overtime are matched
- Input allocation to retailer template and sending it to retailer
- Monitor delivery to stores and create delivery note accordingly
- Ensure new product launches information are well disseminated to the retail team
- Create a positive and strong synergy within the team, ensure positive mindset
- Provide ad hoc support for retail operational tasks as required
REPORTS
- Provide weekly sales report every Monday
- Provide monthly report for Retail Sales for all channels
- Provide monthly competitor's report
- Create purchase order for all retail needs
Requirements:
- New university graduates, final year students are welcome
- Having internship experience in retail/FMCG industry would be a plus
- Good project and time management
- Full commitment with good attitude & work ethics
- High resilience, agility with creative and problem-solving mindset
- Actively source for opportunities/resources to deliver within assigned task
- A passion for beauty industry and excellent communication skills
