【Role responsibilities】

1. Manage local team over 10 people, build up the team ability.

2. Follow up on the sub-distro and stores' purchase, sale and inventory of GEEK VAPE/GEEK BAR products for retail clients.

3. Plan organize and execute retail marketing campaigns the Indonesia market and stores. Help to boost sales. Solve the selling through/out problems with flexible ways.

4. Keeping update with our products and competitor products information, collecting customer feedback.

5. Create attractive retail materials, and deliver samples of GEEK VAPE/GEEK BAR and POSM to retail store that sells e-cigarettes. Maintain the brand image and exposure in retail side.

As the Associate Manager, Retail Account Management, you are to plan, coordinate, lead, and control the area operations to achieve distribution, display, and sales (both value & volume) objectives within budget, time, and policy parameters. Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective managements of deals budget and provide best salespeople in the area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create action plan for business plan execution (coverage & distribution, infrastructure, inventory, budget) and implement sales coverage/deployment plans in all channels based on analyzing past/current results of sales coverage/deployment plans
• Control the achievement month wise primary and secondary sales objectives of the area for the entire product range and also control the service level
• Submit, analyze, review, and communicate monthly area achievement report to provide corrective action and ensure productivity achievement as per objective
• Accountable to ensure all activities aligned with company policy within area of responsibility
• Implement strategy to transform distributor partner from basic level into partnership, monitor distributor performance through distributor score card and monthly key customers business review
• Ensuring the timely collection of receivables, implement the company's credit policy, maintain day sales outstanding and overdue outstanding as per stipulated norms Communication, coaching, people development
• Strengthen the organization through involvement in the recruitment process, regular training coaching, and development activities as per objective
• Appraise periodically, the individual performance of direct reports against agreed standards of performance, identify areas for improvement and give appreciation for the achievement
• Continuously develop the technical competence of the sales organization aligned with the principle to deploy best practice

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's in any related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant field
• Experience in managing General Trade or Area Sales in East Indonesia (Papua) or any relevant areas
• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry would be an added advantage
