**Your Role**
As the HSE Manager, you will be at the forefront of implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures, overseeing land logistics, warehousing, maritime operations, and lifting activities. **Your Responsibilities**
+ Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project site to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Supervise loading and unloading operations to maintain safety protocols and prevent accidents.
+ Oversee and manage In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) to ensure safe and efficient land logistics operations.
+ Ensure compliance with HSE standards in warehousing activities, including securing and lashing of goods.
+ Manage HSE aspects of maritime operations, ensuring compliance with relevant maritime safety regulations.
+ Oversee lifting operations, ensuring adherence to HSE standards and safe practices.
+ Develop and implement protocols for incident investigation and reporting, ensuring thorough analysis and documentation of incidents to prevent recurrence.
+ Act as the primary HSE contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring compliance with their HSE requirements.
+ Manage the permit to work system, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas, logistics industry.
+ Certifications:Mandatory: Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) as required by Indonesian regulations.
+ Preferred:K3 MIGAS Certification issued by PPSDM MIGAS at the Supervisor Level.Additional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.Certification in Personal Survival Training for Sea.
+ Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, particularly those governed by SKK MIGAS.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to manage client relationships and address HSE concerns.
+ Experience in managing permit to work systems.
+ Expertise in maritime and lifting HSE practices.
+ Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting protocols.
+ Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
+ Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
