Job Description:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to promote product inspection equipment.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of automation product
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure product quality and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, service, and marketing to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to stay updated on market trends and technologies.
- Provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Physics, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation, or an equivalent qualification.
- Required language: English.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills: Communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, automation, system integration, and related areas is expected.
- Knowledge of X-rays, metal detectors, and other systems will be an advantage.
- Preferably from the packaging industry, with related sales experience.
- Close relations with the food industry will be an advantage.
- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisory) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
- Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek area is required.
