- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang solid dengan pelanggan yang ada, mengelola portofolio akun dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan.
- Mencapai dan melebihi target penjualan individu yang ditetapkan, memastikan pertumbuhan pendapatan yang konsisten.
- Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data pasar, tren, dan preferensi pelanggan untuk memberikan wawasan dan strategi penjualan yang lebih baik.
- Bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim Pemasaran untuk mengembangkan kampanye dan materi penjualan yang efektif.
- Memelihara pencatatan penjualan yang akurat dan memberikan laporan rutin tentang kemajuan dan peluang.
- Mempunyai kemampuan membuat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan
- Umur maksimal 35 tahun, serta memiliki kesehatan jasmani dan rohani.
- Pengalaman dibidang penjualan bahan bangunan/FMCG minimum 2 tahun dalam peran penjualan serupa, lebih disukai di industri yang sama.
- Rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam mencapai atau melebihi target penjualan tahunan.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang unggul, keterampilan presentasi yang kuat, dan kemampuan untuk membangun hubungan yang solid dengan pelanggan.
- Pemahaman yang baik tentang strategi penjualan, teknik negosiasi, dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan.
- Kemampuan beradaptasi dan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang berubah-ubah, dengan kemampuan multitasking yang baik.
- Gelar S1/D3 dalam Management Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki keterampilan analitis yang baik dan kemampuan untuk memahami dan menginterpretasikan data pasar.
