You will manage leads through the sales funnel and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth bookings and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming leads on WhatsApp and other channels
- Consult with customers on travel packages or customized itineraries
- Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
- Keep accurate data of leads and progress in the sales funnel
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless trip delivery
- Convert leads into sales with an attractive commission structure of 25% of profit per sale
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented in managing leads
- Interest in travel and tourism is a plus
