- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product sales, sales or distribution management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and initiative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

- Develop comprehensive strategies for new product launch plans, including the development of offline launch initiatives.
- Conduct product sales data analysis, monitor national and regional sales performance, and dynamically adjust strategies to ensure the achievement of agent sales targets.
- Develop and oversee sales and inventory planning in alignment with product cycles, while managing distribution to secure availability of new and clearance products.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and optimize sales channels to maximize performance.
- Perform administrative functions, including the preparation and submission of accurate daily reports.
