Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Melakukan promosi dan penjualan produk panel surya dan produk pendukung kepada pelanggan baru maupun existing.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan distributor, kontraktor, perusahaan EPC, developer, maupun end-user.
- Melakukan identifikasi peluang bisnis melalui riset pasar, networking, dan kerjasama strategis.
- Menyampaikan presentasi produk, kunjungan lapangan, serta meeting dengan klien untuk menjelaskan manfaat teknis dan finansial panel surya.
- Negosiasi kontrak, syarat, dan harga hingga tercapai kesepakatan penjualan.
- Menyusun laporan penjualan, forecast, serta update pipeline secara berkala.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dan proyek untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan serta kelancaran pengiriman produk.
- Mewakili perusahaan dalam pameran, trade show, maupun event industri.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, Teknik, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun dalam penjualan bahan bangunan, produk konstruksi, atau industri sejenis.
- Memiliki minat atau pengalaman di industri energi terbarukan/solar panel menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai teknik penjualan, negosiasi, dan manajemen pelanggan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri, berorientasi pada target, dan memiliki motivasi tinggi.
- Menguasai aplikasi MS Office/Google Workspace
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan proyek/klien.

Key Responsibilities
