• Track leads (customers who message but don't purchase), follow up, and update their status.
• Assist in generating daily/weekly sales reports: number of orders, best-selling products, repeat customers.
• Verify data for accuracy: check for missing fields, wrong phone numbers, etc.
• Work with sales/marketing team to set up simple automated workflows (e.g. reminder for leads after X days).
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
