• Tarifverträge: TVöD, TV-L, TV-H, TV-Ärzte, TV-V sowie regionale Haustarifverträge

• Besoldungsrecht (Beamtenbesoldung, Anwärterbezüge, Familienzuschläge)
• Entgeltordnung und Stufenzuordnung

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP SF/HCM Beratung, vorzugsweise mit Projekterfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Module EC, ECP, ECT oder alternativ PA, OM, PT oder PY sowie den Abbildungsmöglichkeiten tariflicher und beamtenrechtlicher Regelungen
• Kenntnisse in Spezialthemen wie Stellenplanmanagement, Entgeltordnung, Zusatzversorgung und Besoldungssystemen von Vorteil
• Verständnis für die Anforderungen aus TVöD/TV-L sowie idealerweise auch für spezifische Landes- und Kommunaltarifverträge
• Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
