Job Description:

• Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, purchasing, gudang jadi dan penjualan untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu produksi dan pengiriman.
• Membuat laporan produksi dan analisis untuk perencanaan jangka panjang dan efisiensi proses.
• Menginput dan memperbarui data perencanaan dan stok dalam sistem ERP atau software terkait.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen Operasi atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi PPIC, diutamakan di industri manufaktur.
• Memahami sistem perencanaan produksi (ERP) dan pengendalian persediaan.
• Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP).

Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure logistics operations comply with GMP/KGSP standards and regulatory inspections.
• Manage inventory (inbound/outbound), storage conditions, and facility operations.
• Establish logistics strategies and performance indicators to optimize logistics costs.
• Develop delivery and distribution plans to support production and market needs.
• Oversee import/export operations, including shipment schedules, logistics, and forwarding management for on-time delivery.
• Prepare and review trade documents such as Invoice, Packing List, L/C, and B/L.
• Handle customs clearance and ensure regulatory compliance (tariffs, FTA, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Monitor exchange rate and freight fluctuations to optimize costs.
• Manage settlement of import/export payments (L/C, T/T) and foreign exchange.
• Track and report KPIs, including on-time delivery rates, logistics cost reduction, and customs clearance lead-time.
• Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets, as well as mid- to long-term operational plans.
• Plan and validate annual budgets/expenses to ensure efficiency and appropriateness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics/SCM, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export or international trade operations.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in customs clearance, tariffs, FTA regulations, and trade documentation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong business communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/Trade Management systems, especially SAP.
• Experience in distribution management, including delivery planning and inventory control.
• Ability to manage logistics cost indicators (logistics expenses, shipment volume, etc.).
• Experience in storage management within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical-related business is preferred.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor the achievement of production targets based on the production plan.
• Actively communicate with relevant departments such as Marketing, Quality Control, and Production to ensure the production process stays on schedule.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Associate's/Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material flow within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) and production planning applications (e.g., Accurate or other ERP systems).

• Develop and maintain short and long-term CKD parts forecasting based on production plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, and R&D departments to align CKD requirements with market demand and product development.
• Create and optimize master production schedules for CKD parts.
• Monitor market trends and adjust forecasting methods to improve accuracy.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems for CKD parts.
• Establish optimal inventory levels, safety stocks, and reorder points to prevent shortages.
