Job Description:

• Create vendor and customer codes
• Review vendor and customer requests
• Finalize vendor and customer requests through the vendor web management application

Requirements:

• Field study in Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Coupa software
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, sourcing, and contract business processes
• Experience in implementing ERP software, especially MM module (Coupa experience is preferable)
• Experienced in preparing blueprints and able to work as both technical support and functional consultant

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Memastikan setiap data yang diperlukan untuk Master Data SAP bisa tersedia sesuai due date yang sudah ditetapkan
2. Memastikan data yang digunakan untuk Master Data SAP dapat terintegrasi dan digunakan SAP dengan baik
3. Mengontrol, memonitoring, proses pengajuan Master Data (new, change, delete/inactive) untuk SAP agar sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan
4. Melakukan verifikasi completeness of information yang masuk ke dalam database (pengisian template secara lengkap sesuai field-field yang dipersyaratkan)
5. Memonitoring dan melakukan problem solving terhadap permasalahan terkait kualitas data (dari opersional sistem, misal : missing, error, mapping, dll)
6. Melakukan dokumentasi pada form pengajuan untuk memudahkan proses telusur ketika terjadi permintaan perubahan data baru atau pengajuan data baru

1. Sarjana Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Akutansi atau yang setara
2. Minimal Memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Master Data Management-SAP

Requirements:

• 1+ years related work experience in master data related is highly desirable

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields, from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience

• Experience in ABAP module
