• Incorporate sustainability, environmental awareness, and ethical responsibility into lessons.

3. Classroom Management & Safety

• Maintain an organized, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with safety guidelines and that students follow safety protocols.
• Supervise the use of laboratory materials and equipment responsibly.
• Promote respectful communication, teamwork, and positive behavior among students.

4. Collaboration & Professional Growth

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning experiences.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions.

5. Additional Duties

• Support student clubs, science fairs, or extracurricular projects related to STEM or environmental education.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the School Leadership as needed to support school operations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related scientific field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification and classroom experience at the primary or secondary level.
• Strong command of English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct experiments safely and effectively.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring curiosity about the natural world.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and commitment to holistic student development.

Qualifications:
