The Department, which is responsible for APAC regional subsidiary, oversee regional coordination and strategy in relation to security, including but not limited to Technical, Administrative, and Physical security.

Hyundai Motor APAC HQ is responsible to build and maintain collaboration with Asia Pacific subsidiary companies and HMC (Hyundai Motor Company).

The candidate will work under the direction of Head of Asia Pacific Security Department and will be instrumental in establishing administrative security policies and conduct regular internal investigation & inspection

The hired candidate will report to Head of Asia Pacific Security Department and will be in charge of daily administrative security operations.

Candidate will direct, govern, and manage multiple administrative and governance projects of Indonesia and Hyundai Motor Asia Pacific subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular internal investigation upon suspicious and unauthorized activity by an employee or party
• Develop and maintain the organization's long-term information security strategy and roadmap.
• Identify emerging security risks and recommend appropriate strategic response.
• Establish, review, and update information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure policies are effectively communicated and enforced across all departments.
• Design and deliver security awareness programs tailored to different roles and risk levels.
• Conduct regular training sessions and phishing simulations to reinforce best practices.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and frameworks.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on security posture, training completion, and audit results.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and board members regarding risk and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Proficient in English communication, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
• Proven track record in establishing information security policies and implementing security awareness and education initiatives.
• Experienced in handling internal investigation and inspection, including but not limited to: Conduct thorough internal investigation upon suspicious and unauthorized activity by an employee or party and proficient in handling internal inspection such as measuring internal control compliance score and regular due diligence.
• Proficient in handling repetitive and analytical tasks, comfortable working with spreadsheet, data tools, and analytics platforms.

Job Description:

1. To ensure social compliance meet with mandatory national regulations and relevant international standards if required
2. To maintain social management system documents (if necessary, to develop new documents both in corporate and subsidiary level)
3. To map affected communities, stakeholders and potential conflict hotspots as well as conduct conflict resolution
4. To monitor the realization of social commitments within AMDAL/UKL-UPL requirements (National-EIA) and ESIA (ADB-IFC-WB-Lenders) requirements in an integrated manner
5. To monitor and supervise the implementation of specific Social Management Plans, including Construction Environmental and Social Management Plans, Community Health Safety Security Plans, Livelihood Restoration Plan, Indigenous People Plan (IPP), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) etc
6. To communicate with other parts of Project organization such as HSE Team, CSR & External Relations Team, Corporate Communication Team, Permitting Team and HR-GS Team
7. To assist Corporate Social and Security Manager to liaise with Lender's consultant on social compliance
8. To assist Corporate Social and Security Manager in communicating with national/provincial/local authorities (including Military and Police) and local communities as appropriate
9. To assist Corporate Social and Security Manager in ESDD (environmental and social due diligence) if required
10. To assist Corporate Social and Security Manager in Sustainability Report (SR) Program with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainalytics and MSCI versions such as relevant with security audit both internal and external (SRGRI#410 Security Practices and SRGRI#413 Local Communities)
11. To assist Corporate Social and Security Manager to develop and implement of social policies, procedures, and work instructions. In addition, prepare and execute budget and program
12. To assist Subsidiary if requested to conduct stakeholder mapping and each key person (s), review and analyze stakeholder concerns, issues and driven, related to site project and operation in non-technical aspect, and identify stakeholders response, social and environment impact including risks analysis and management, provide recommendations and expertise on applied treatment according to each scenario of stakeholders' response; in order to ensure proper engagement treatment for each group of stakeholders (Stakeholder Engagement Plan/SEP)

Job Qualification:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in All Major, preferably have a military/police background
2. Minimum ten (10) years' experience handling social and community relations (including in security is advantage)
3. Able to engage with relevant stakeholders at every level and locally affected communities
4. Well knowledge and able to conduct social investigation and risk and impact assessment and mitigation
5. Understand ESIA, AMDAL and UKL-UPL
6. Know national social regulations well
7. Understand multi stakeholder engagement and able to handle community grievance redress mechanism
8. Know Environmental, Social dan Governance (ESG) well
9. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
10. Computer ability

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal pendidikan S1.
• Memiliki sertifikat CRMP atau IRM menjadi nilai tambah.

Job Description:

• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across nine key categories: strategic, operational, insurance, credit, market, liquidity, legal, compliance, and reputational.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the risk management framework in alignment with ISO standards.
• Perform financial risk assessments and collaborate with actuarial and finance teams to ensure financial soundness reporting beyond traditional RBC solvency ratio.
• Conduct end-to-end business process reviews to detect and mitigate control gaps and risk exposures across departments.
