About the role

We are seeking a talented Network Security Engineer to join our team at PT. LOTTE INNOVATE INDONESIA', a leading technology company in East Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructure to protect our systems and data. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in our modern office location.

What you'll be doing

1. Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control measures
2. Monitor and analyse network traffic to detect and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions
4. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
5. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential risks
6. Implement and maintain network security tools and technologies, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
7. Provide technical support and training to users on security best practices

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. 8+ years of experience in network security engineering, with a strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and other security technologies
3. Expertise in implementing and managing network security solutions, such as Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
4. Proficiency in network monitoring, analysis, and incident response
5. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI DSS)
6. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
8. Experience in network security engineering L2 more prefered

Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate Design

2. Validate the Design that Solution Architect / Pre-sales created & proposed

3. Assist in security solution design during pre-sales or delivery phases

4. Implementation / Deployment

5. Deploy and configure for any Cybersecurity Solutions, either Network/Perimeter or Endpoint/System area

6. Perimeter: NGFW, WAF, SSE, Mail Security, AntiDDOS, ZTNA

7. Endpoint: Antivirus, EDR, MFA

8. Handover and Make sure the Readiness for Operational Phase

9. Make sure the delivered solutions has meet the Baseline / Minimum Security standard

10. Create the Implementation Documentation & User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each delivered solutions

11. Process the Handover to Operational teams, and make sure all requirement is fulfilled

12. Create Documentation

13. Create and maintain technical documentation, including LLD (Low Level Designs), Implementation Documentation & User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each delivered solutions, for External and Internal purpose (Handover Process)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum
  2 years
  of experience in network security or a similar role.
• Familiar with NGFW brand such as FortiGate & Palo Alto.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and Documentation skills.
• Able to work on-call or extended hours during critical incident periods.

Qualification:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Network & Security Engineer
• Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, VLANs) and security concepts
• Hands on & deep knowledge about firewall administration (Palo ALTO, Fortinet, Cisco or another Enterprise network tool)
• Experience with VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network security
• Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL-VPN)

Job Desk:

• Install, configure, and manage security appliances and software for customers, including firewalls (e.g ., Polo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA), VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security systems
• Participate in and lead segment of customers security projects from planning to execution and handover
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing recommendations on security best practices and architecture
• investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex network security issues for customers in a timely manner
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration records, and project reports for customers

Requirements:

• ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering;
• 1-2 years experience with network security;
• Has a good understanding in IT Cyber Security;
• Knowledge or experienced in application security solution (such as web application firewall, API security, IAM, or PAM) will be an advantage.

• Responsible for end-to-end implementation and deployment of network security solutions, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to the operations team.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pengelolaan dan implementasi jaringan (network environment).
• Memiliki sertifikasi Cisco CCNP atau setara sangat diutamakan.
• Memiliki sertifikasi NSE4 atau setara sangat diutamakan.
