The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Help coordinate airport and special projects from initiation to completion, ensuring and within-budget delivery.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, charts, and other visual aids.
- Perform site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
- 2+ years of experience in airport operations, project management, or other related field
