About the Role
Responsible for preparing and distributing periodic financial statements to various stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on the IFRS reporting process, SAP MA & SAS MA
- Support on the HK Statutory reporting process, ILP Fund Balance reclassification, prepaid, etc.
- Support on the Local Statutory reporting process as well as for the ICFR requirement
- Support on the Group Reporting submissions
- TWPI template upload into Power BI
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting
- Prior experience as an external auditor at a public accounting firm is a plus
- Prior experience in IFRS 17 is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

As an
Finance Specialist,
you will play a key supporting role in managing financial and tax operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across reporting, communication, and documentation processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional coordination skills, and bilingual (Chinese–Indonesian) communication abilities.
What will you do:
- Assist the tax specialist to check the monthly tax calculation and declaration information to ensure the data is accurate.
- Maintain daily communication with the tax agency and coordinate related tax and financial matters.
- Check financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review monthly payment pre-registration information to support timely and correct payments.
- Responsible for the Chinese-Indonesian translation of relevant financial and tax documents.
- Assist in organizing and filing tax and financial documents to ensure that the information is complete and easy to access.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, auditing, or other related majors.
- Preferred experience in finance, accounting, and tax for around 1-2 years
- Familiar with Indonesian local fiscal and taxation policies.
- Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong planning and execution capabilities, able to withstand work pressure.

- Experience in MSDOS and other ERP implementation projects preferred
- Good leadership and managerial skills.
