• Age 25-40 years old
• A degree in mechanical or technic major would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacture coconut charcoal industry will be preferable.
• Have good knowledge in charcoal machines maintenance
• Preferable to communicate in English, written & spoken
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to solve machines problem quickly and efficiently.

1. Perakitan unit Bajaj
2. Melakukan servis berkala
3. Pengecekan unit yang akan digunakan pelanggan (recheck kendaraan)
4. Pengecekan unit setelah servis (final check)
5. Servis keliling jika terjadi masalah pada kendaraan saat perjalanan
6. Pengecekan unit dan serah terima unit

Persyaratan :

1. Diutamakan bagi yang berpengalaman diperusahaan otomotif roda 2 atau roda 4 sebagai mekanik
2. Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
3. Disiplin dan memiliki jiwa tanggung jawab
4. Minimal lulusan SMK/D3/S1 dari Teknik ataupun Engineering

Job Description :

• Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan sesuaidengan prosedur perawatan dan perbaikan mesin / peralatan yang ada dengan mengisi form perawatan dan perbaikan
• Melakukan perawatan berkala dan membuat laporan kerja
• Memastikan kondisi mesin dan peralatan layak pakai
• Mengisi bon pemakaian spare part bila terjadi penggantian spare part
• Memberikan informasi dan masukan kepada supervisor dalam informasi kerusakan mesin
• Menjaga kebersihan lingkungan kerja terutama yang berkaitan dengan B3
• Memastikan 5R di area kerja di aplikasikan dengan baik
• Melaksanakan semua prosedur dan ketentuan yang dibuat untuk memenuhi persyaratan mutu, kesehatan, lingkungan, kesehatan, keselamatan kerja, dan security

Requirements :

• Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Elektro / Mesin
• Memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang spare part, mesin produksi, dan B3
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang mesin industri
• Pengalaman minimal 1
  tahun sebagai mechanical
• Kemampuan berbahasa inggris (pasif)

Requirements:

• Minimum education of D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Automotive, or related fields.
• Having good soft skills, such as communication, discipline, and responsibility.
• Experience in the maintenance and servicing of hydraulic, engine, electrical, and mechanical components (preferred).
• Able to do troubleshooting and repairs in the field (field service).
• Having basic knowledge of heavy equipment / rental equipment is a plus.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Physically health and willing to work in the field (indoor and outdoor).
• Having a SIM C (mandatory), and SIM A will be a plus.

4. Mampu melakukan pekerjaan repair dan preventive dengan sendiri ataupun secara team

• 5 years experience as a Mechanic Fixed Plant (component rebuild).
• Experience perform gearbox & power transmission, rebuild, overhauls and component rebuild & assembly where a level of high precision and quality control is required.
• Able to measure to a high degree of accuracy using micrometres and other manual measuring equipment.
• Able to reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
