POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, audits, and tests, documenting quality data, implementing quality control measures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, identify process improvements, and drive compliance with quality management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Assurance:

• Execute quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and specifications.
• Perform inspections, audits, and checks at various stages of the production process.
• Verify adherence to approved procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans.

Quality Control:

Job Description :

• Design, Implement and maintain functional test automation at different product layers, service, and UI layers
• Analyze, debug and fix the automated test on a daily basis and raise defects accordingly
• Identify improvements that can be implemented in the testing process, release cycle, testing tools & technologies
• Work vertically on each feature to test the business logic on the server-side and the user experience and user flow UI (Mobile Application, Web Application, Desktop Application)
• Execute all relevant testing types for the story, including user interface testing, functionality testing, performance testing, regression testing or integration testing

Requirements :

automated and manual tests,

debugging, and making corrective actions before launches to ensure that the product is error-free and reliable. Post-launch, you will actively manage clients' inquiries and undertake other responsibilities as needed for a seamless post-release experience, depending on the project requirements.

You should be able to learn quickly and work independently - we'll help you as best as we can, but you must be tenacious and resourceful enough to figure out things you don't know how to do.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., developers, product managers).
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for
  both manual and automated testing
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using respective tools by thinking through different permutations of a business scenario.
• Monitor debugging process results and perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Design and maintain automated tests using tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Manage clients' inquiries, providing application support to resolve reported issues and incidents.
