Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in villa or mid-rise residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
• Leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
• Relevant certifications or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks to handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
• Ensure construction works are carried out in line with design specifications and local regulations
• Monitor daily progress and report on timelines, issues, and material needs
• Implement and enforce health & safety protocols on site
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
• Liaise with the Project Manager to report site updates and resource requirements
• Resolve on-site issues swiftly and professionally to prevent delays

Qualification :

• Knowledge of civil engineering/architecture
• Fluent in English spoken and listening
• Responsibility in construction projects
• Able to join immediately

1. Merencanakan pekerjaan lapangan secara mingguan untuk mengetahui target kerja mingguan dan mengetahui rencana untuk mencapainya secara hari ke harinya.

5. Membuat laporan pekerjaan mingguan untuk mengetahui progres ketercapaian rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan dan untuk mengetahui posisi status proyek sesuai master schedule.
6. Merencanakan, mengatur dan memonitor penggunaan material dan alat di lapangan untuk menjaga efisiensi dan tidak terjadi pemborosan.
7. Mengawasi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh subkontraktor dan pihak ketiga lainnya di proyek.
8. Mengatur dan mengelola penggunaan kas kecil proyek untuk keperluan di lapangan.
9. Menjaga keselamatan kerja, kebersihan lingkungan proyek dan mengatasi berbagai gangguan yang terjadi di lokasi proyek.
10. Mengidentifikasi dan menyampaikan masalah teknis yang terjadi di lokasi proyek untuk selanjutnya ditindak lanjuti.
