- Menyusun laporan keuangan dengan ketelitian tinggi.
- Mempersiapkan data/ dokumen terkait pelaporan pajak bulanan dan menyerahkan kepada konsultan pajak.
- Menjalin komunikasi dengan konsultan pajak dan auditor eksternal untuk memastikan laporan keuangan dan SPT telah dilaporkan dengan tepat waktu dan sesuai.
- Menangani hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan keuangan, akuntansi dan perpajakan di luar poin-poin di atas.
Persyaratan dan Kualifikasi:
- Terbuka untuk semua kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, usia tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang akuntansi atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman kerja di bidang keuangan dan akuntansi (diutamakan minimal 2 tahun)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting functions related to building operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, including (but not limited to): prepare, review, and monitor financial statements, cash flows, budgets, monthly/annual closing, and management reports.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures (e.g. SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tenant billing, collection of service charges, and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, PPh 21/23/25, etc.) and coordinate with external consultants if needed.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support building management operations.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate with Property/Building Manager regarding operational expenses, tenant charges, and sinking fund management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for cost efficiency and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations related to building management finance
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A & B, CPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in property/building management, real estate, or facility management industry. Proven knowledge in financial planning, analysis & reporting, cash flow management, taxation, and budgeting.
Skills & Competencies:
High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and relevant tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, accurate in numbers, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of cash flow management and operational accounting related to building management (service charge, utilities, vendor payments, maintenance fees, sinking fund, etc.).
- Experienced in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., PSAK/IFRS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, tenants, and external parties (vendors, auditors, tax consultants).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
