About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative
Training Specialist
to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and performance. The Training Specialist will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and ensure alignment with company goals and global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR in a corporate or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of training methods, instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and competency mapping
• Proficient in designing and delivering both classroom and digital training programs
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and LMS (Learning Management System) is an advantage
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning requirements
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs (technical and non-technical) aligned with organizational objectives

Your profile

You have a suitable technical education (e.g. B.Sc., Diploma, Degree) with relevant work experience in training, competency development and technical support on heavy equipment area. Since you act as a technical training specialist, you also possess knowledge of mining environment, heavy equipment application specifically in load & haul, drilling, crushing equipment along with technical knowledge in engines, electrics, hydraulics, and powertrain. You have a good understanding of both training tools & assessment methods. You also have extensive know-how of learning principles, design, develop, implement, evaluate training plans curriculum and instructional design theory.

An RTO (Registered Training Organisation) is a government-registered provider of nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) in Australia. RTOs are strictly regulated by authorities such as the ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority), VRQA (Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority), and TAC (Training Accreditation Council).

This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with the Standards for RTOs (2015 & It combines both operational execution and strategic oversight, directly impacting the organisation's reputation, sustainability, and licence to operate.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and systems in line with Australian RTO regulations.
