POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

1. Food Service Stock Control

2. Ensure food service materials and stock are available at the store.

3. Guarantee products are ready and meet established sales and quality standards.

4. Team Coordination

5. Supervise and guide Food Service Officers in performing their duties effectively.

6. Arrange work schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Food Production Supervision

8. Ensure food preparation meets company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.

9. Monitor portioning, presentation, and timeliness of service.

10. Inventory & Supply Management

11. Monitor raw materials and equipment availability for food service operations.

12. Oversee procurement, quality checks of incoming supplies, and proper storage procedures.

13. Hygiene & Safety Standards

14. Ensure all food handling and preparation processes comply with sanitation and food safety standards.

15. Provide staff training on hygiene, equipment use, and food safety procedures.

16. Customer Service

17. Address customer complaints or feedback in a timely manner.

18. Work to continuously improve customer satisfaction in taste, service, and overall dining experience.

19. Administration & Reporting

20. Prepare daily/weekly reports on food service operations, stock/raw materials, sales performance, and team productivity.

21. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure raw material availability.

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; previous experience as a barista or in retail is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work in a mobile setting and/or go on business trips when needed.
• Willing to work in an on-site setting, Monday–Saturday.

• Conduct market and consumer research to identify food trends and customer preferences.

• Test recipes, packaging, and shelf-life to meet operational standards.
• Monitor competitor products and suggest innovative ideas to stay ahead in the market.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
• Experience in food product development, preferably in convenience store or F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance innovation with practicality.
