The Service Delivery Manager will lead and oversee junior functional consultants responsible for Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) processes in client engagements. This role combines supervision and hands-on execution: ensuring that deliverables comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and project requirements while also working directly on complex tasks. The Manager serves as the key point of accountability for FAT deliverables, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and supervise junior consultants handling FAT processes for client projects.
  • Review and validate deliverables related to finance, accounting, and tax prepared by the team.
  • Actively perform hands-on tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, tax calculations, reporting) alongside the team.
  • Ensure financial reports comply with PSAK/IFRS and tax regulations (VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax).

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Prior working experience in one of the Big Four (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG)
  • Background experience in other reputable consulting/accounting firms will be considered a strong plus
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK), IFRS, and local tax regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial closing, reconciliations, and tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax).
  • Hands-on ability to prepare, review, and analyze financial and tax reports (not only oversight).
  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.

  • Accountable for quality of service and performance.
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner.
  • Work with internal and third party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services.
  • Work across the business to provide effective communication on important matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.
