- Pengelolaan administrasi & dokumentasi untuk setiap kunjungan & interaksi dengan klien

- Berkomunikasi dengan tim internal untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara cepat

- Pendidikan minimum D3

- Pengalaman bekerja minimal 3 tahun

- Keterampilan komunikasi yang sangat baik (lisan maupun tertulis), dengan kemampuan mendengarkan aktif
