Summary of Responsibilities:
- Report shipment data and PnL to General Manager.
- Ensure smooth, on-schedule, and contract-compliant operations.
- Monitor crew performance and discipline.
- Control operational costs and fleet productivity through coordination with related parties.
- Supervise inventory of deck and engine divisions.
- Maintain fleet documents and ensure vessel seaworthiness.
- Plan and monitor docking schedules and ship maintenance.
- Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure fleet performance meets target speed and fuel efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Maritime preferred or Economics.
- Experienced min. 3 Years of experience in the field of shipping operation especially tugboat, barge, cargo company shipping operations
- Have the ability to carry out effective shipping management
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
