As a Shipping Assistant Manager, you will be tasked to ensure an on time submission of Shipping Commercial Documents to ensure a smooth ship operations.

Description

• Ensure an on time completion of loading & discharge documents to ensure a smooth shipping operations.
• Analyze the commercial reports related to shipping, which includes port charges, anchorage, maintenance, dry docking etc.
• Review shipping contracts, which includes charter agreement and operational agreement
• Lead the negotiation with the vendors to ensure the most optimal cost is acquired for the operations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that the vessel are in the optimum condition based on the industry requirements.

Profile

• A degree in Maritime Transportation Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in the shipping industry, with focus in flammable goods.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills to manage vendors.
• Familiarity with supplier evaluation and contract management processes.
• An ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Logistik, Transportasi, atau bidang terkait
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang shipping agency, logistik, atau maritim, dengan minimal 2 tahun di posisi manajerial
• Pengetahuan mendalam tentang proses pelabuhan, regulasi maritim, dan logistik

Main Responsibilities

General Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any disciplines
