Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan min. SMA/sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman di dunia sales property, otomotif dan perbankan/investasi min. 3 tahun

- Pengalaman di bidang properti (nilai plus)

- Mengelola, memonitor dan menganalisa data profil resiko yang terkait dengan COB yang ditangani sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menunjang kelancaran proses underwriting
- Melakukan rangkaian proses analisa risiko dan akseptasi sesuai dengan limit dan wewenangnya mulai dari kelengkapan berkas hingga entry data serta menangani permasalahan dalam proses akseptasi.

- In-depth knowledge of appraisal theory, principles, and practices.
- Proficiency in appraisal software and databases (e.g., CoStar, Argus, Microsoft Office Suite).

- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Valid appraiser's license or certification required by Indonesian regulations.
