Role Overview
This role is suitable for senior-level Project Managers looking to step into an operational leadership position. The COO will lead the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and growth of the Academy. They will manage project execution for key clients and products, while also building internal capacity and processes for scaling the business
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Leadership
Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the company's software projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
- Manage risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination to guarantee successful outcomes.
Product Implementation & Client Success
Lead delivery of the company's core solutions: HRIS, ERP, Sales Tracking, and WMS.
- Customize and align products to client needs, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Operational Management
Supervise internal functions including Finance, HR, and Academy.
- Develop and scale the academy as both a bootcamp and recruitment pipeline for tech talent.
- Build efficient processes and frameworks to support operational excellence.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with the CTO on budgeting, fulfillment, and delivery alignment.
- Report directly to the CEO, while updating HR, BOC, and other C-level stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Team Leadership
Guide, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project and operational goals.
- Drive accountability, efficiency, and performance across all divisions.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field preferred.
- Having adequate proficiency in English to read through documents, making reports, writing emails, etc.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years as Project Management in Software Development, within the similar industry.
- Proven success delivering enterprise solutions (HRIS, ERP, WMS, or similar software products).
Multinational project exposure preferred.
SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methods, enterprise product delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, team leadership.
- Integrity, accountability, and readiness to transition into an operational leadership role.

Job Overview
- Provide design drawings for confirmation by relevant departments
- Review drawings and bidding quantity and unit price.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of the project.
- Audit project acceptance settlement quantity
- 100% Compliance with the company regulations and procedures (including rules, procedures for safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
- Contact the PM to discuss the plan when the project is faulty
- Resolve urgent issues related to the project when necessary
- Weekly progress reports on the works under construction
- Settlement acceptance quantity review.
- Provide design draft
- Provide estimated price.
- Update market price
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience:
- Have at least 8 years working experience in the construction supervisor or related role
- Regulation and requirement in SLCP, FEM, CLS, Buyer Construction Safety playbook related to Indonesia Country Contractor Management (CCM)
