Tencent Cloud is inviting 2026–2027 graduates to join our
Solution Architecture Internship Program
. From
Jan–May 2026
, you'll work with our pre-sales and technical consulting teams to design cloud solutions for enterprise clients across Asia Pacific markets. You will gain exposure to cloud solution design, proposal preparation, technical enablement, and customer engagement while building practical experience in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS use cases. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how global cloud solutions are planned, designed, and delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Assist solution architects in understanding client requirements and mapping them to Tencent Cloud's offerings.
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) testing and solution validation.
  • Research industry-specific architecture patterns and prepare recommendations.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on cloud solution best practices.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (other majors with strong interest in cloud welcome).
  • Graduating in year 2026–2027, with valid student status during the internship.
  • Able to commit minimally 3 months full-time between Jan–May 2026
    .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Tencent Cloud) preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin to work with global and China HQ-based teams.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers' overall data estate, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation AI based architectures and solutions.
  • Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth - Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments.
  • Apply technical knowledge to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, be advisor for customer's Azure AI Platform strategy, applications modernization through microservices on Azure Kubernetes services, AA/AI roadmaps, and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key analytics and AI technologies where appropriate (e.g. Azure ML, Azure AI Services including AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Copilot including Github Copilot and Studio, Cognitive Services, Spark, Data Lake, Azure Synapse, etc.)
  • Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
  • Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP) and Value Based Delivery (VBD).
  • Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Engineers and other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community while educate customers on Azure platform.
  • Be an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners and external communities.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development/support, analytics/BI system development, or artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Native solutions, containerization, and Dev sec ops.
  • Familiarity with at least one development language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, Scala).
  • Problem Solving. Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies required
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing IT project delivery.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development/support, analytics/BI system development, or artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Proficiency in multiple development languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, Scala).
  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing IT project delivery.
  • 6+ years of experience leading technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, security certifications).

Essential Skills

  • OpenAI/AI, Llama, Deepseek, Copilot including Github Copilot and Studio, and Cognitive services
  • Microservices and containerization with Azure Kubernetes Services
  • Advanced Analytics (Azure Synapse, Databricks, visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QuickBI)
  • NoSQL Databases including OSS (Cassandra, Mongo, HBase, etc.), Cosmos DB
