What will you need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on performance management, talent management, or organizational development.
- Performance Framework Expertise: Mastery of OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, and review processes.
- Coaching & Feedback Skills: Able to train and mentor managers on performance conversations.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Turns performance metrics into actionable insights.
- Communication & Simplification: Explains systems in a clear, user-friendly way.
