Green Camp is seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the health and medical needs of participants and staff in a dynamic, nature-based learning environment. This is a critical role requiring professional clinical judgment, emergency preparedness, and a strong commitment to safety and well-being.

You will serve as the primary healthcare provider on site, ensuring that all medical protocols are followed in accordance with local health regulations and international best practices.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including initial assessments, triage, treatment, and medical follow-up for camp participants and staff.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, administer first aid, CPR, and coordinate urgent evacuations if required.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory and proper storage of medical supplies, medications, and equipment.
• Ensure infection control practices are implemented and adhered to on site.
• Educate participants and staff on personal hygiene, illness prevention, and wellness practices.
• Liaise with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers as necessary.
• Participate in risk assessments, safety briefings, and incident reporting.
• Support camp operations by being on-call or resident during active camp sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety protocols in line with national regulations and international best practices.

• Provide training or briefings to staff and participants on hygiene, illness prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor environmental and operational conditions to identify potential hazards.
• Coordinate evacuation plans and participate in drills for fire, natural disaster, or medical emergencies.
• Act as the Health & Safety Officer during all camp sessions and events.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
• Must possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency, community health, or remote settings.
• Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is highly desirable.
• Experience working in educational institutions, summer camps, or outdoor environments is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills.

About The Role
Join Sonder's dynamic AOD team delivering safe, evidence-based in-home withdrawal support. You'll provide clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, and nursing care to individuals withdrawing from substances in their own homes. Work closely with Clinical Workers, Peer Practitioners, and GPs, with comprehensive Pre- and After-Care support.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum 2 years supervised experience in the area of clinical AOD service delivery.
• A minimum 2 years relevant professional development and or supervision.
• Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
