Job Description:

Job Requirement:

Job Description:

As a Store Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales analysis, customer engagement, and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Develop a social media plan/ content to support the store business development.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.

About the role

As an Manager Store Operation at PT Harlan+Holden Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple stores in the Jakarta area. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the smooth running and profitability of our retail locations, as we continue to expand our presence as a leading specialty coffee brand in the market.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high standards of customer service
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to optimise profitability
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the central operations team to share best practices and drive consistency across the store network
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the senior management team
• Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within your store locations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail food & beverage or hospitality industry management or multi-site operations role, preferably in Coffee Industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficient in data analysis and financial management to drive store performance
• Passion for the coffee industry and a deep understanding of customer experience
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing

Requirement
